1. Who can use Actioners

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into this agreement. Provide accurate account information, keep your device and sign-in credentials secure, and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

2. AI guidance and your decisions

Actioners uses AI to help you reflect, think through decisions, and take meaningful action. AI responses can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation. Review suggestions before relying on them. You decide what to do, and we do not guarantee any particular result.

Actioners does not provide medical, mental health, legal, financial, or other professional advice. It is not a healthcare provider or an emergency or crisis service. For urgent help, contact local emergency services or an appropriate professional.

3. Responsible use

Use Actioners lawfully and respect other people's rights. Do not use it to harm, threaten, defraud, or harass others; share content you have no right to share; access someone else's account; interfere with the service; or bypass security or access restrictions.

4. Your content and privacy

You retain your rights in the content you submit. You give us permission to store and process that content as needed to operate, provide, protect, and improve the services, including generating responses and personalized suggestions, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Only share information about other people when you have the right to do so. Health, calendar, and other optional connections require your permission. The Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information and how you can manage permissions or request deletion.

5. Subscriptions and payments

Some features may require a paid subscription. The price, billing period, any trial, and renewal terms are shown before you confirm a purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled under the terms shown at purchase.

For purchases billed by Apple, manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple account settings. To avoid being charged after a free or discounted trial, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Deleting the app or your Actioners account does not cancel your subscription.

Apple handles App Store billing and refund requests under its terms and applicable law. See Apple's cancellation instructions and refund instructions. These terms do not limit any refund or consumer rights you have under applicable law.

6. Our app and other services

Actioners' software, design, and branding belong to us or our licensors. We give you a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable permission to use the services for your own lawful use, subject to these terms and the applicable app license. This does not transfer ownership of our software or branding.

App Store versions are also subject to the applicable Apple terms and app license. Where no custom license agreement is provided, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement applies. These service terms do not replace that license.

Third-party services you choose to connect or open have their own terms and policies. Review them before using those services.

7. Availability and account closure

We may update features, fix problems, or change availability. Beta features may contain errors, change, or be discontinued. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address misuse, security risks, legal requirements, or a serious breach of these terms. We will provide notice when reasonably possible and honor any rights you have for paid services.

You may stop using Actioners at any time. To delete your account, open Account > Delete account in the app or contact us. Subscription cancellation is separate, and data retention is explained in our Privacy Policy.

8. Service limits and your rights

To the extent permitted by law, Actioners is provided “as is” and “as available.” We cannot promise uninterrupted access, error-free AI responses, or any particular outcome. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties, remedies, or liability that cannot legally be excluded, or limits your mandatory consumer rights.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and will post the revised version with its effective date. We will provide notice of material changes before they take effect, unless an urgent legal or security reason requires an immediate change, and obtain consent when required by law. If you do not agree to updated terms, you can stop using Actioners and close your account.
